Terms and Conditions
For our clients paying an hourly rate. There is a minimum charge of one hour. After the first hour, services are billed in 30 minute increments. Hourly rates include travel time. They do not include purchases made on behalf of our clients, or services secured for our clients through third party vendors.
à la Carte Pricing
Our hourly personal concierge service charge is $25-$65/hr.
Monthly Retainer
Clients have the option to retain our personal concierge services for a specified number of requests. Retainers are prepaid at the beginning of each month with a minimum of ten requests per month. When retaining our personal concierge services on a monthly basis, 48 hour notification is needed for all travel over a 200 mile radius.
Rewards
As a thank you to our customers we have created a program to reward your loyalty. There is more than one way to earn points towards free services.
Cancellations
We ask that you provide us with 24 hours notice when cancelling a service request. Cancellations not made within 24 hours will be billed a $75 cancellation fee.
Payments
Currently we accept business checks, money orders, cash and traveler's checks & credit cards.
Monthly retainers must be paid for up front.
Payment for all à la carte services is due at the time of request.
Charges incurred as a result of a service request i.e. ticket purchase, gifts, are due upon completion of the service
